CLACTON AIRSHOW OPEN DAYS
26/08/2016 During Clacton’s Annual Airshow, Clacton Lifeboat Station hosted its two Open Days. Our Volunteer Crew spent the two days showing members of the public the boats and the equipment we use to Save Lives at Sea. Stormy Stan also popped in to say Hello too! The Crew would like to say Thank You to all that visited the Station.CLACTON CARNIVAL
13/08/2016 A very successful evening taking part in the procession for Clacton Carnival, well done to our dedicated Volunteer Crew who spent many hours preparing the float! We would also like to say a massive thank you to Danes Scaffolding for providing us with a vehicle to use for the carnival, Thank You!HARRY MASCALL & STEVE McALLISTER VISIT CLACTON
30/05/2016 Today we had Harry Mascall & Steve McAlister visit the station and luckily enough we managed to find a few volunteers to meet him, welcome to Clacton Harry & Steve! 8/05/2016 A few weeks back we had a visit from a few members of The Seaspan's Friday night quiz team. They had raised a staggering £1000 for the RNLI through quiz nights over the previous months. They visited on a Sunday morning for a tour around the boathouse and a chance to meet the volunteer crew before they got the chance to witness three RNLI lifeboats launch on exercise as we had the capsize D class lifeboat on station for a few weeks!
