The New Clacton Lifeboat now on station 14/10/1998

The Atlantic 75 was introduced in 1993 made from glass reinforced plastic with hypalon-coated nylon inflatable tubes. Launched from a trailer and crewed by three, it has a top speed of 32 / 34 knots, and an endurance of up to three hours at maximum speed.  Its length is 7.3mts (24feet)

The Atlantic 75 enters the net, the speed depends upon conditions 

                                                                                                                             

Once in the cradle the power is maintained until the boat is secure

The Atlantic 75 sits in her launch cradle waiting for the next job
